I tried to callibrate the battery according to the official video by HP on YouTube, but it did not help as well. The drivers are updated, all updates of Windows are installed. I am able to refresh it by restarting the screen (restarting Windows/putting it to sleep and back/hibernate) or by opening the HP Support Assistant application/refreshing it. It stays for example on 90% after switching on the notebook on battery, then it drops only 1% and finally stays unchanged until the battery is running flat. The problem is that the battery meter in the taskbar is not updating the battery percentage during discharge cycles. This problem has already been reported in this forum for 14-inch version of this laptop ( 14-dv0054TU). I have found an issue which bothers me now.
